Encare in mouth: Spermacides are not 100% effective at preventing pregnancy. Getting some in your mouth probably would not kill you but the taste may be unpleasant. Should avoid it is possible.

Blood clots & Encare: Encare is a topical, spermicidal form of birth control. Because it doesn't contain female hormones, it should be safe for you. Just keep in mind that it won't protect against sexually transmitted diseases, and can have an approximately 20% failure rate over the course of a year if used alone. Therefore, it is best to use it and a condom at the same time.

Maybe...: Encare Spermacide Inserts are supposed to be effective for 1 hour after insertion.  So from that perspective, you should be fine.  However, you need to know that spermacides like Encare  have a fairly high failure (pregnancy) rate: One in 5 women who use this method will get pregnant each year.  If you really don't want to get pregnant, you should get on a more effective method.   Best Wishes!

Not really: Probably blood from first time intercourse and hymen rupture- consult your GYN. Use birth control.

: This type of steroid treatment can give a patient an appetite increase. It is not the type of steroid that would interfere with menses. Long term side effects of steroids depend on dosing &amp; frequency and rarely are features of sporadic use.
