Bloody nose: First thing is to apply compression followed by ice over a bandage or towel; if the bleeding continues go the er immediately as their may be a "bleeder" that may need coagulation.

Not likely: Mechanics get motor fluids in their eyes all the time.  They aremostly organic,  are removed from the eye mostly with the first blink and toxicity is uncommon.  If the eye stings and/or hurts, then flush it out with water.  You need medical attention only if the eye becomes seriously red or the vision changes.

Bulb suction: Keeping a bulb suction on your changing table should be all you need - simply suction the secretions from baby's nose when you see them.  Good luck!

Yes.: Sure, you can use it - but plain isopropyl alcohol will work just as well, and it's cheaper.

i was playing with my dog until he got alarmed and scratched my lips with his teeth. it's not severe and only broke a part of the skin. it did bled and i did all the first aid needed. he is vaccinated and does not have rabies. will i be fine?

: I am sure you will be fine.  The tissues in the mouth heal very quickly although the lip does take a few day to close. I recommend that you wait a week and keep the would clean and try not to lick it because that introduces saliva and bacteria into the wound. It is a good idea to gently wipe vaseline on the wound.

3 important things: If you suspect serious head injury, you need to take care of three things right from the start: 1. Observe for signs of shock, a concussion, or a skull fracture. 2. Position the victim so he or she is immobile, in order to prevent further damage to both the brain and the spinal cord. 3. Treat scalp cuts and wounds for bleeding to avoid infection. Call for help. If conscious turn face sideways.
