Depends on target: It depends on the organ treated. Usually it will be mild fever, pain, mildly abnormal lab results, tiredness, plus others depending on the procedure. Some may have no symptoms. Although these are "side effects", they are expected.

No: I assume you mean a uterine artery embolization. This procedure was  designed to stop the blood flow to the uterus in order to shrink fibroids. It doesn't do anything to endometriosis, which is mostly outside the uterus and on the pelvic peritoneum. Endo gets its blood supply from the tissue under it, not from the uterine vessels. Endo needs to be removed to get the best pain relief.

No: It causes the vein to clot but it doesn't actually remove it.  It removes flow from within it.
