Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Yes: According to their site, "prolessa duo" is palm oil, oat oil, and "conjugated" linoleic acid (all linoleic acid is conjugated). In other words, it is not going to do anything to you one way of the other. There's a lot of filler so you'll think it's controlling your appetite. It's your money and you can eat whatever else you like.

May not be related: Sounds like you are taking antibiotics to treat a respiratory tract infection. One way your infection and back pain may be related is if the infection traveled to your spine. Or you may have had a back condition such as a disc herniation which can become painful by coughing, as well as by sneezing and forceful laughing. Mention it to your doctor if not getting better.

Conclusive 6+ weeks: The HIV antigen-antibody (AgAb, duo, 4th generation) tests usually are 100% conclusive by 4 weeks and always by 6 weeks after the last possible exposure. If tested before 6 weeks, have another test to be completely sure.

i had an exposure .and i tested after 30days with duo combo value are 0.33in cut off value0.35.my doubt is why my value is near to cutoff value.and after that i had taken pep after one month after exposure.did this will affect the results of 160days?

: Normal values for all tests are not a fixed number but a range- for no two people are alike so ther is a range. Being near the upper limit does not mean it is positive or abnormal. It will mot affect the results in 160 days. Good luck
