Unlikely: But elevated B12 levels may be caused by small intestinal bacterial overgrowth which can cause bloating, gas, and abdominal pain, as well as change in bowel habits.  You should ask your doctor for more information.

High levels of vitamin B12 can occur in liver disease such as Hepatitis or Cirrhosis, and some types of Leukemia. 
However, vitamin B12 test is not usually used to diagnose these problems.
In rare cases, high levels may be found in people with Diabetes or who are obese.
See a Physician for Diagnosis, have necessary tests done and follow through.

LAB ERROR: A serum level is not an accurate measurement for b12, which the body can store for up to several in the tissues. Local labs can usually only give us relatively accurate nutritional information about vitamin d and iron. A specialty lab must be used to measure sources other than serum, such as lymphocytic wbcs. Regardless, a high B12 in serum most likely indicates recent exposure or supplementation.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your B12 level is at the low end of normal. You may take sublingual form of B12, available over the counter, and retest in 3-4 months.

Of course it would: I don't understand how taking B12 daily for 2 weeks could not affect levels unless you can't absorb it. If you have elevated B12 and aren't taking it that can be a cause for concern, but taking B12 is the most common reason for elevated levels.

May not need any: Your B12 levels are at the low end of normal and you may not need supplement. If you are considered deficient it would depend on the cause of deficiency and that would drive oral supplement vs. injection. See this site for more info.

Not directly: Cold intolerance might be due to a coexisting hashimotos thyroiditis and hypothyroidism, also an autoimmune disease.  Easy to check and treat, panda.
