Not concerned: Being outside the reference range, especially by a bit, doesn't mean unhealthy for most labs. Your bilirubin level is of no significance, and I am not at all concerned about your albumin, ast, alt or protein either. If your absolute white count is low on follow-up it might be of some passing interest though only marked variants from the reference range. Treat the person, not the numbers.

Neutropenia: Low WBC plus low neutrophils is known as neutropenia. You don't really have high lymphocytes - you have to have100% of something so the lymphocytes appear proportionately higher since the neutrophils are low. You need to see a hematologist to determine the cause of & treatment for your low white cells. Please see my earlier posts on this topic for more information.

wbc high 13.2 (always high), rdw high 15.6%  (always high), absolute lymphocyte high 7.3 , ast low 11, creatinine low 0.6 mg/dl. thoughts? should i have further work up?

REPEAT CHECK.: Your White cell count is slightly high. This can happen due to an infection. In order to follow it up further I would advice a repeat check of your CBC along with a differential counts(% Neutrophils and %lymphocytes).
If the WBC counts go down, you do not need to do anything further. If the count goes up higher(15,000 or more) then you should consult a physician for further evaluation and advice..

Liver tests worry me: White cells / lymphocytes -- not concerned here.  Calcium -- concerned only if well above reference range.  Alt / ast high? Always concerning. Hope you'll repeat this -- perhaps one of your medications is raising them, trusting it's not alcohol, you may be in for a check for hepatitis, hemochromatosis, wilson's and a few others.

Tests: Lots of test numbers. HIgh WBC count ususally sign of some type of infection, inflammation or stress. You have MCHC and MCH which are usually low with anemia, but high RBC _(dehydrated?). Your liver enzymes AST/ALT being elevated can be from a number reasons-dehydration, infection, inflammation , medications. All in all I would talk to your doctor

Possible hepatitis: There are many causes of hives.  Allergic reactions are the most common.  Persistent hives might be from a medication, or an environmental allergen, for example.  Infections can cause hives.  The abnormal alt and ast can be a sign of viral hepatitis. Sometimes hepatitis will cause hives, especially in the early phase, before jaundice sets in.  Chronic hives (more than 6 weeks) is more complex.

Blood tests ok: Your blood test results are within normal limits. These do not provide an explanation for your symptoms. All lab results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and usually the doctor who ordered the test is in the best position to do that. It would be prudent to see a doctor for an in-person evaluation.
