Left side: There could be a problem located inside the right side of your brain affecting  or causing dizziness weakness and numbness to your left side you need to have that evaluated right away. Either go to the emergency department or call your primary care physician right away.

Possible vertigo: Most commonly caused by inner ear problems, otitis , labyrinthitis, viral infection and congestion affects your equilibrium, mostly on moving up or town or sudden turns. See an ENT , may need steroids, ear drops, decongestants.

i got a concussion 2 1/2 weeks ago and continue to have dizziness. i got hit in the head with (had jacket hood on) an icy snowball today from about 25 feet away. is this enough to cause reinjury?

Head injury : After having a concussion you are at risk for a repeat injury to the brain which may not be a severe blow to the head. If you are experiencing symptoms at all, severe headache, changes in vision where hearing or ability to speak or move your extremities you should see an emergency physician as soon as possible.

Dizzy: Anytime a person is dizzy to me this mandates a doctor visit. 
Your low back pain may be causing your sleepy feet as there are nerves in the spine that supply the sensation to the feet. When you go to have the dizzyness checked out, obviously mention the rest to the doc, but don't procrastinate.

See below: Only extreme foot pain post traumatic or surgical would most likely cause dizziness.   Some forms of extreme peripheral neuropathy could possibly cause dizziness.   I would consult your family doctor and research vertigo.

Stomach: Bulge: gas? Dizziness: ear issue, blood pressure issues, hyperventilation?  Foot feel, rare with these symptoms. Unless something deep in spinal cord or abdomen, go see qualified physician for full eval.

Feet Tingling: I suspect your neurologist ordered the spinal MRI to assess for spinal causes of your feet tingling - nerve impingement. Non-vertigo episodes of lightheadedness and dizziness lasting weeks could be related to several things: dehydrated/not enough water, low blood sugar, low blood (anemia), too low or too fast heart rate or heart dysfunction, and less likely brain-related but should be assessed.

can diabetes cause loss of balance, dizziness and a feeling of burning in hands and feet?

Accepted Answer

Yes: Over time, diabetes can start to affect the nerves and cause those symptoms.  Keep diabetes under good control and these complications are less likely.
