Claustrophobia: It isnt a disease , but a symptom.  Fear of being in a closed space is very common.

Again there is more and more evidence that stress can be associated with balance problems and that treatment for the anxiety can result in resolution of the balance problem.  Chronic subjective dizziness is now well documented.

Probably not: Claustrophobia is thought of as a situational type of specific phobia. A phobia is a significant and persistent fear that is excessive or unreasonable and set off by a specific object or situation. Claustrophobia is a fear of closed tight spaces. I think if you had claustrophobia you'd probably have an unreasonable fear of elevators even when they're empty. A preference is different from a fear.

Not necessarily: The sensation of movement is primarily dealt with in the inner ear.  Certaiin diseases of the inner ear can cause symptoms of movement even if you are not physically moving.  A thorough history and physical exam by your primary care doctor would be needed to direct further testing.

2 things: Could explain your symptoms, slight irritation of you balance mechanism (semi-circular canals inside ear) or an effusion behind your tympanic membrane, both could be associated with sinus issues.

Stress can play on U: The dropping sensation u describe sre known to occur w anxiety state or stress.
There could also be inner ear problem of virtigo, Labrynthitis or even in some cases TMJ problems ahve been linked with sudden sensation of dropping or falling.
If stress relief doesnt resolve the problem, I would recommend an ENT evaluation

Near syncope: Near syncope can be caused by many things including, but not limited to metabolic causes such as diabetes (low/high blood sugar levels), low or high blood pressure, anxiety disorders, heart disorders (certain abnormal rhythms), dehydration, as a few examples.  You should see a doctor for an evaluation and get some testing to see if your cause can be found.  Best wishes to you.

when standing and bending, i get an elevator type feeling. like i'm bouncing and unsteady. no spinning effects. is this dizziness or vertigo?

Dizziness?: In vertigo there usually is a sensation of rotation of self or objects around you . At 36 sounds like postural hypotension   but if persistent should be checked.
