Itchy Rash: Itchy red rash on this young toddler may indicate a form of contact dermatitis. Some children may precede with a red rash to their extremities as a sign of a viral infection . I suggest you inform your child's pediatrician. I would also suggest you check child's temperature and look at other areas on the body for rash and child's oral cavity for sores or inflammation.

i've been having itching on the soles of my feet, the palms of my hands and now my scalp is itching.   no sign of any rash, bumps or anything visible.

Itching palms/soles: Usually, the first thing we think of , if it is new and sudden onset - with palms and soles involved, is a drug allergy. Usually with a rashl. Any new medications?  IF it is chronic- and the skin peels it could be dyshydrotic eczema. This generally responds well to steroid creams and ensuring skin is not overly moist ( i.e. sweating in socks). This type of eczema is usually between fingers/toes.

Probably unrelated: You may possibly have contracted scabies from the contact but there are also other potential causes unrelated to the sexual contact.   See a doctor if this has been presented for more than 3 days or been getting worse.

10yr ago had symps of syphilis, (palm rash,tonsillitis,burning mouth, scrotum bumps) was treated for strep + mono but was neg 4 both. did 2 rpr,fta,tppa,2eia now all neg, drank alot of alc between tests. possible all false neg and i have syph?

: If you had syphilis 10 years ago and it was not treated, your syphilis tests would be positive. Time and alcohol would not cause false negative results.

Multiple causes: It can be secondary to dry skin, frequent washing, reaction to soap and detergents, reaction to gloves if you wear them, reaction to a hand lotion. Try using a fragrance -free moisturizer and see if it helps.
