Tennis elbow: The most common cause of elbow pain i see is tennis elbow which is a tendinitis on the outside part of the elbow. The pain can be treated with injections of cortisone.

Probally: Sounds like ulnar nerve issue which is on the inside elbow and can cause these symptoms, can also involve  the carpel tunnel area . My advice would be to see hand/arm specialist first, if they suspect this is the problem will probaly get  nerve conduction tests which will confirm these issues.

Thorough evaluation: A thorough physical examination is a place to start. Other tests could include a nerve conduction study, spinal imaging of various shorts, and analysis of your activity. There are many postural and activity issues that can cause The problems you are describing. You are correct in that it could involve any of the areas you mentioned. The tests will help determine the origin.

You forgot about: Your wrist. That is probably the most common cause of finger tingling. Especially carpal tunnel syndrome. 
Get an exam by a doctor and s/he may well be able to help you sort this out.

Sounds like pinched: nerve, but any pain in left arm is concerning for angina.  You are quite young to develop heart disease, but you should see your doctor to make sure your heart is ok, especially if you have risk factors.

Possibly due to an injury such as falling forward or any jerky motion (incl chiropractic manipulations).
