Probiotics: probiotics are not yet studied well enough to recommend routine usage. Except for particular circumstances, such as infection with C. Difficile, the studies that have been done have not shown any benefit in healthy individuals. I would not recommend them yet unless you have been advised by your physician that you should give them a try. Good luck.

i have a sensitivity to many ingredients in typical shampoo so i have resorted to washing my hair with egg. however i get 2 quarter size red, irregular shaped, circular,  slightly elevated "rashes" on the left of my forehead when i do. ideas?

: You may have an allergy to egg. F/U/w/ allergist  for testing and recommendations regarding  shampoo.

Kirks fragrance free castile soap ( if not allergic)  has the least ingredients, shaving in water will make liquid soap.  INGREDIENTS: SODIUM COCOATE, WATER, GLYCERIN, SODIUM CHLORIDE, SODIUM GLUCONATE. Adding water  and glycerin ( if no oily hair) will make shampoo.

Pregnancy test: If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a pregnancy test. If the result is negative, repeat the test 4-5 days later. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex.

Talk to your reproductive endocrinologist about your symptoms.  Make sure you are taking your Progesterone properly.

Sperm: Sperm can reach the egg in as little as a few minutes if the egg is waiting there. There is not a strict rule about 'how long' for x vs. Y sperm, though the x-bearing sperm on average swim a little slower.

Eggs: Yes, boiled eggs provide fats and protein. It has more unsaturated than saturated fats and is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. It is also a good source of vitamins and minerals, boiled egg yolk is often recommended  infants" diet. Its Albumin (white part) is not recommended until age 1.

Honestly, not sure.: I love omelets and soft scrambled eggs. I have a major lipid disorders for which i take 2 meds. My spouse insists every egg is bad for me (vacations i get away with it). Studies? They can say eating none is best, no effect if have 2 daily, weekend eggs as bad as daily eggs. Egg whites--all protein. Egg yolk-cholesterol, but probably not utilized in bad way in body.  Who knows.  Moderation.
