Be careful!: Even non-pregnant people need to be very cautious combining Wellbutrin (bupropion) with either of those medications - seizure risk is increased as well as other risks. All anti-depressant seem to result in weight gain for some folk - even ones that cause loss in others. In your case - definitely work w/ your OBGYN to be safe. Try to find a diet plan that will be good for you, your baby and weight control.

Acctualy…    : Cymbalta (duloxetine) has a side effects: loss of appetite, nausea, dry mouth, constipation,  tiredness, drowsiness. Constipation is the most common, but adding magnesium to the mix is helpful.
The  allergic reaction to this drug is also rare.
I hope it will be the right medication for you.

Depends : Studies show SSRIs and SNRIs are more effective than buspirone and benzodiazepines in treating GAD, although the latter may cause less weight gain. I would recommend trying Lexapro again at a higher dose but if your anxiety symptoms are out of control speak with a psychiatrist to rule out bipolar disease and consider adding a small dose of ability and use strict low fat diet and exercise.

: Cymbalta's starting dose for chronic musculoskeletal pain / fibromyalgia is 30mg/day; max dose is 60mg/day. For neuropathy, starting/max dose is 60mg. Patients with a history of depression or anxiety with chronic pain benefit treating both. Alcohol may enhance side effects, such as psychomotor impairment and liver damage. Weight gain AND loss are reported as rare side effects by the manufacturer
