Prenatals?: Did you mean "prenatal vitamins"? If you take prenatals and are not pregnant, there is no serious adverse events. The most common side effect is occasssional constipation and mild nausea due to the iron content in them. Prenatals are a great suppliment but do contain higher iron than others. I recommend prenatals that have a stool softener as well as omega-3.

Effects: Probably none. Go to your pharmacy and buy over-the-counter vitamin D capsuled - 100 per bottle. Comes in capsules of 1000 or 2000 units per capsule, and not expensive.

When known pregnant: This may sound a bit iconoclastic, but if you eat well and exercise sufficiently, vitamins are really only a supplement. Taking a good multivitamin daily when you know you are pregnant is sound advice.

Probably not: The only vitamins that you truly need in pregnancy are vitamin d and folic acid. The only vitamin that you need to be aware of not taking too much is vitamin a. There's simply no need to take 2 vitamins, but if you accidentally did, no harm will come to you or baby. Best is to try to get most of your nutrients from food sources, if you can!  they are absorbed better, and are healthier!

Prenatal vitamins: contain extra folate (folic acid) and are very important.  There are not specific foods which will cause you to be more fertile (that I am aware of ). Good Luck.

Yes: The most important thing is that you continue getting 400 mcg of folic acid daily. You can definitely start trying to conceive. Good luck

Getting pregnant: Ovulation occurs approximately 14 days before your period, in a typical 28-day cycle. If you do not have intercourse around the time you ovulate, then you cannot get pregnant. I see that you are 17 years of age - Be sure that this is the right time for you. It's not something to rush in lightly. Best wishes.
