Don't eat non-edible: I cannot imagine that eating charcoal is not somehow harmful.  Generally an urge to consume non-edible substances is pica regardless of vitamins or anemia.  You should consult with a psychiatrist as soon as possible.

UNANSWERABLE: I do not believe that the science of eating chalk is included in any medical school curriculum.  I cannot imagine though what eating chalk has to do with any kind of fever.  Fever seems the least likely consequence of eating chalk.
