Possibly: Cat urine has a high percentage of ammonia.  This chemical can be very potent to the senses.  Asthmatics can have wheezing when exposed to certain animal urine. If you don't have a lung disease it is probably not that dangerous.

Why in that setting?: Why in the world would you put your baby in a location such as you describe? Having a baby is a tremendously serious life-long commitment.  If you are unwilling or unable to properly care for a pet by cleaning up after them in a timely fashion, then you need to seriously reconsider parenthood.

Exam needed: If the RLQ is tender to the touch and there is persistent pain, appendicitis has to be considered and for this reason an examination by a physician is needed. Another possibility is a muscle strain or inflammation from some recent physical activity. A simple urinalysis and microscopic exam would be helpful in ruling out a urinary tract problem.

Back pain: You need to be seen and carefully evaluated ASAP. Do not delay this. You may have an infection or other non-infectious inflammatory condition and it may involve your kidneys, spinal cord or other areas. Please get this seen to quickly before you become increasingly ill.

back pain walking usually due to arthritis in back

fatigue can be due to anything!-

: Hard to say. Was your antibiotic chosen after sensitivity testing to make sure it would work, or just given based on a UA? Antibiotics for pyelonephritis won't make asthma better, asthma treatments do. You need to confer with your treating doc &amp; share these concerns. A change of treatment appears to be needed.
