Yes you need check u: All pregnant women are advised prenatal care....check ups with your Ob/Gyn doctor where they can check you and the developing fetus. There is risk of kidney malfunction which can cause protein loss in urine, menifesting as swelling of feet. This can be associated with high BP(condition called Pre-eclampsia). See Doc: Your symptoms are worrisome.  Get your kidney function and heart checked out.  Are you short of breath?  Lasix (furosemide) is not always wise to use just to remove fluid.  Your doctor must find out what is causing the edema.  Sometimes medicines can cause your symptoms.  The rash could be many things including autoimmune diseases that can affect your kidneys.  See doctor ASAP to check kidneys, heart, etc

Elevation: Keeping your legs elevated generally reduces swelling; diuretics can be used also but something that should be prescribed after a full evaluation.

: This is usually caused by inflammation which has caused additional damage to the bone below the knee. I assume you have osteoarthritis of that joint and the MRI ruled out infection &amp; injury. Anti-inflammatory meds like Advil, cold packs, physical therapy, using cane or crutch until knee symptoms improve should help but make sure to be treated &amp; followed by an orthopedic surgeon.

Not enough info: The physician who made that diagnosis knows the severity of  that laxity and which ligaments are involved. I encourage you to ask that provider if there should be any particular restrictions of activity. Take care.

Eclampcia: You may have eclampsia or pre-eclampcia which causes edema. you need a exam by OBS doctor to diagnosis this.

: This scenario certainly suggests that a ruptured Baker's cyst is quite likely. I believe that Inflammatory processes like RA  or clotting from adenomyosis can cause elevation of d dimer.  In my opinion an MRI would most likely demonstrate the responsible issue with your leg. Discuss this with your MD or attending physician who could speak to the radiologist.

Internal: derangement of the knee joint including cartilage teats of the ACL, PCL, lateral ligament or infrapatellar tendinitis. Trauma can also cause effusion or hemarthrosis ( blood in the knee joint ). No matter what you must be examined and x-rayed, probably will need an MRI or a diagnostic aspiration of the joint fluid. Call for an orthopedic consultation asap.

: Subchondral bone is bone that sits underneath cartilage in a joint, like your knee. Edema is swelling caused by excess fluid trapped in your body's tissues. You apparently have excess fluid trapped in your knee. Consult with your physician about possible causes and treatments. All the best.
