No: Usually you need to ingest the organism and it does not live long on a piece of cloth  Also your immune system needs to be weakened to get infected  We are exposed to the E Coli often and usually do not get sick  You should be fine without any problems

It has the potential, although unlikely, to persist on inanimate surfaces, but is not likely to be a risk of creating any sort of infection. If you are an OCD this might be cause to discuss with a therapist.
