Monitoring : Rbbb does not cause pauses. If you feel intermittent pauses, may help to have a 24 or 48 hr monitoring to determine the nature of your symptoms. Discuss with your doctor.

31/m- ecgs always show rbbb related changes (especially at fast heart rate). stress echo done 6 months back normal. in 2016, perfusion + tmt - normal. in 2011 (age-21), angiography normal. anxiety + chest itichness+ soreness (most of the day).help?

: Since you have no obvious structural heart disease and your RBBB is rate related, your longterm prognosis as far as the heart is concerned is good.  In my opinion your symptoms are more anxiety related. I'm sure your cardiologist would agree with me on both counts.

what does patients ekg is unremarkable for stemi mean? i was at the er yesterday due to palpitations. my ekg said rbbb and t wave abnormality. they told me to get a holter monitor. thanks?

: An EKG report "unremarkable for a STEMI (ST elevation myocardial infarction)" is reassuring, however a "right bundle branch block" with a "T wave abnormality" deserves a Holter monitor to observe heart activity over generally a 24 hour period.  Get a referral to a cardiologist for a more detailed explanation.

These are all normal: Findings.Impaired lv relaxation is a fairly common benign finding on echo. Be sure that your blood pressure, blood sugar and lipids are all within normal range. Take care!

Probably not serious: In past years, premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) were thought to be potentially serious, but we now know they rarely are dangerous. Having had the Holter, stress test, etc almost certainly you are in the care of a cardiologist, or at least a doctor who understands heart disease. Probably she has reassured you. That's the person to ask if you still have concerns. Good luck.

Sounds muscular!: With all the tests and your age, it must be weight training related. Muscles tighten after exercise.  There are many muscles in the upper chest area that can do this.  Take an aleve (naproxen) several hours before working out, and see if improves or lessened.

Yes. These tests: should identify your risk for sudden death accurately. Family history would be important as well. I am certain your health care provider has evaluated you fully.
