No idea: First you would need to give us more details on the sickness other than just fatigue. The tests you have had are not helpful in making a diagnosis. I would recommend that you consult an internist to get a thorough workup since there are many causes for fatigue= both physiologic and psychologic.

Prior infection: Like most adults you had an infection with EBV and were not aware of it. It does not have any pathological significance.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

May be past  and/or: This may b a past  or resent EBV infection. Usually we  get  EBV infection in our  younger  years and the EBV virus is the cause of mononucleosis.  Your physician will have to evaluate you to see if these  findings are clinically relevant.

can a primary cytomegalovirus infection cause pleva (pitraysis lichenoides) ? i had ebv, hiv and cmv serology for mono like symptoms. ebv igg positive igm neg. hiv neg. cmv igm and igg both positive at high levels a week before onset of pleva?

: I wonder what symptoms led to the serology tests done before PLEVA appears. The positive results of both CMV IgM &amp; IgG mean you had a recent CMV infection but there is no reported case of CMV-related PLEVA; however, other viral infection such as herpes, EB  or HIV may have causal relationship with PLEVA.

Immune recognition: Your immune system 'recognized' and reacted to EBV - Epstein Barr Virus (the virus that causes mono) and it reacted to Varicella Zoster Virus -the virus that causes chickenpox. 90% of us are exposed to EBV, so there's no surprise there. A week: The viral capsid VCA IGM is most sensitive and specific for acute infection. It becomes positive in a week, and goes away in 4 to 6 weeks.

Odd statement: The early antibody is IgM. This comes out in the first weeks of infection and fades some after a month or two. IgG comes out after the IgM level peaks &amp; starts to fade and may persist for a lifetime.

Abnormal labs: The first question is what symptoms were you having that prompted the testing. RF may be seen with rheumatoid arthritis but also with some viral infections. The other tests suggest you have been exposed the EBV virus, which is common, in the past. If you are having joint symptoms, I recommend seeing a rheumatologist and would be happy to consult, if needed.
