Nothing: Unless you are sick, see your doctor. Most people have EBV IgG +ve ! Why was the test done, how was your clinical picture, is what matters more, self treatment/medicating isn't good, only will lead to more confusion together with the use of Dr Google. See your doctor or a doctor you trust if you really suffer, good luck
