No : No, plz do not stop.  Now, i believe in moderation even in moderation.  Have some greens with each meal and vary them.  Also make sure your chewing properly.  It could be that you are not chewing enough and that's why your poop is so green...Hope this helps.

Do not eat deli meats or hot dogs unless they are reheated until steaming hot. Diet during pregnancy should include several servings of fruits and vegetables. Wash them before you eat them.

Make sure you cut vegetables first before cutting meat or use separate cutting boards or wash board in hot, soapy water after cutting meat.

Food poisoning...: Usually food poisoning symptoms develop within the first couple of hours after ingestion. Based on what you are describing this should not affect you. If it was contaminated you should have symptoms by now. If that was the case plenty of fluids and rest most of the time helps. In cases where the people gets very sick then they should be seen.If no symptoms then there is nothing to worry about.
