Of course!: preferably the water should be spring or drinking water, not from a lake, pond, or well etc.  Make sure it is sanitary to drink or there may be risk of parasites/bacteria.

Sure, but...: When using an "ice pack" or "cold pack," be sure to use it only for a certain number of minutes at a time, to help avoid frostbite (which kills skin cells). For example, one should not get the skin too cold and end up freezing the skin. Also, one may want to set a maximum cooling time, such as using a cold pack 20 minutes ON, then 40 minutes OFF, then 20 minutes ON, etc... Frostbite would be bad.

Eat Jackfruit!: Absolutely.  It is high in protein, potassium and vitamin B12.  also low in Carbs and taste like Juicy Fruit!  We don't see many of them in the Pacific Northwest though :(

A diet guide: There are a number of excellent books on pregnancy and nutrition.  If you have food allergies a nutritionist may help.  A good balanced diet, plenty of protein, lots of vegetables, plenty of color variety.  Avoid fried foods, too much red meat and limit fish, especially large filets.  Sugar and sweets should be avoided or limited.  A pregnant metabolism is a slow metabolism.

Guava: Guava can be eaten during pregnancy with one caveat. They should be well washed prior to peeling. There may be toxoplasmosis or listeriosis (as well as other parasites/ bacteria) on the peel. These can enter the food when it is cut. This info is per the american pregnancy association.
