Not recommended.: It is best not to eat cole slaw anywhere.

While eating: "healthy" is optimal as much as possible.  It's unlikely that "cheat" meals are going to create much harm.  This may be different if you develop gestational diabetes or elevated blood pressures during pregnancy. Remember, pregnant women have been snacking on "junk food" binges for ages without any clearly concerning detriment to their babies!

Infant food allergy: Infants can show food reactions in the first months/yr even if they have never been offered up to that point. In theory, pre-natal exposure late in pregnancy may have triggered their reaction, even if mom doesn't have a problem with the material. Some infant rxns are major: facial swelling, hives, frothy pink stools or less intense: chronic congestion, recurrent rhino-sinusitis. Testing can confirm.

Mixed signals, here: As I imagine you have discovered, this question is a conundrum.General pregnancy advice is to avoid soft, unpasteurized cheeses in pregnancy. While Kasseri is unpasteurized, it is hard and there are many anecdotal reports about eating it safely in pregnancy. Not true: Spicy food does not affect your baby's hair.  Foods to avoid during pregnancy are seafood high in mercury, undercooked meat poultry and eggs, unpasteurized milk, unwashed fruits and vegetables and alcohol.

can i survive rest off life juicing during the day &eating actual food just at night? could i have safe pregnancy as long as i keep vitamen levels ok

Possibly: It's not advisable to follow such a diet during pregnancy as three well balanced meals a day along with prenatal vitamins is best. Your obgyn can advise you best.

Yes: You can eat sea food during pregnancy - make sure it is COOKed and make sure the fish is not a bottom dweller.

is eating mold during pregnancy risky? i was in bed for a month due to bleeding and couldnt clean, i found out in my fridge many products had mold, i washed food before eating but is it enough and does mold spread to other food? should i throw all?

Need more info: You should not eat obviously moldy food. There are other organisms also growing in addition to mold. You should throw out the food that you suspect of being spoilt. Cooking the food would obviate some of the potential harm.
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Food: I dont know of any food in moderation besides salt which would be dangerous.  Alcohol is not a good choice.

Prego foods to avoid: When you are pregnant you should avoid raw or undercooked meat or seafood, unpasteurized dairy, and alcohol. Only have caffeine once a day. Avoid hotdogs (usually undercooked) and heat deli meat. Only eat seafood once or twice a week.
