While eating: "healthy" is optimal as much as possible. It's unlikely that "cheat" meals are going to create much harm. This may be different if you develop gestational diabetes or elevated blood pressures during pregnancy. Remember, pregnant women have been snacking on "junk food" binges for ages without any clearly concerning detriment to their babies!
