Based on your locations, you should be low-carbing it!  exercises for toning will  make you look firmer, healthier and stronger. I like dumbells because of simplicity for the \arms.  With ten lb dumbells you cann do tricep extension, overhead raises, and curls.  Abdomen: tummy crunches. Legs, squats, climbing stairs, & biking!

Cardio is good for your heart & helps burn calories. Try doing both weights & cardio. Good luck!
