Yes, but...: You have been waiting a while for an answer, and this is not my specialty, but no a high fever is not good while pregnant. Of course it depends on how high and for how long. I see no reason to put off a visit to an md.

A pregnancy test: is the only reliable early sign of pregnancy on birth control pills. Symptoms will not be reliable at all until the pregnancy is much further along.

There's : There's no way to know whether you are pregnant or not without a test, though many women will experience fatigue, breast swelling and tenderness, headaches, nausea/morning sickness, and/or frequent urination.

You can either take a home pregnancy test as long as it has been 5- 6 weeks since your last normal period, or you can go see your doctor and they can test you. A home pregnancy test is 97% accurate if taken a week or more after the missed period. A blood test can tell if you are pregnant as soon as 7 days after conception and a doctor's urine pregnancy test can tell if you are pregnant around when you next period should come.

There are other reasons besides pregnancy that can cause a woman to miss a period such as: stress, diet, excessive exercise or a hormone imbalance such as with a thyroid disorder or poly cystic ovarian syndrome. If you continue to not have your period or if they become irregular, you should contact your doctor.

Infection: No. These do not represent early pregnancy. They also do not preclude pregnancy. But usually bladder and pelvis symptoms like this represent a UTI, urinary tract infection.

GYN exam: blood testing,, repeat urine analysis and culture. If you are having unprotected intercourse, get pregnancy , thyroid and metabolic blood testing. May need a trans vaginal ultrasound.

No: Fever (defined as 100.4 f) or any elevated temperature is not a reliable predictor of pregnancy before a missed period or a positive pregnancy test. Later in pregnancy Progesterone may have a very slight thermiogenic effect (raising temperature) but this is not helpful before the next missed period.

Low : Low grade fever can be a sign of early pregnancy. Not everyone experiences this, so to answer your question, yes you can be pregnant and not have a low grade fever.
On the other hand low grade fever, especially if it lasts for a while, may may a sign of an infection. If this is the case(prolonged fever) you should inform your doctor right away.
Also you can take an early prediction test at this point.

Low body temperature: A mildly low body temperature is not always a problem. A temperature less than 95f (35c) is considered hypothermia and temperatures this low can produce problems for a person.
