Sinusitis: If you have had a cold recently and have now developed these symptoms you may have sinusitis and need to be treated.  You can use a neti pot to flush out your sinuses before applying nasal spray.  Follow up with your doctor to see if you need to also take antibiotics.  Feel better soon

Minor: If it is bothering you a dermatologist or a general surgeon or a urologist can take it out. They will numb the skin and it will have a couple of stitches which will dissolve. The numbing will burn just for a few seconds. After that it is painless. It is nothing serious. Good luck.
