tinnitus in my left ear since head trauma in 2012, i fell on my ear. it was bleeding, had not full hearing for 2 weeks~. however tinnitus hasn't gone.

Tricky case: The first thing is to see an ear nose throat specialist.  It's possible that you have structural damage to the auditory nerve and that's the best person to evaluate it.

If they have nothing to offer, you might try to find and osteopathic physician who is trained in the cranial technique.  It can sometimes be helpful for cranial nerve dysfunction.

Needs an ear exam: A person with no past ear problems, who gets ringing in the ears, with a small amount of blood coming out of the ear, may have an ear infection that just drained outwards (similar to the way a pimple drains). If there is no more than slight pain, and no other symptoms, he can see the doctor tomorrow or today. If there is bothersome pain or other worrisome symptoms, he can see a doctor today.

Cannot be precise: But NSAID's as a group are not the safest items in many people, and you may well have persistent lingering secondary issues.  Would be very assertive in requesting followup evaluation.  Trust this can be readily stabilized.

Gyn exam: The first place to start is a gyn examination. There are so many possible causes. A complete patient history and exam should be done to guide the work up. Painful intercourse is a complex issue.

Closed head injury: To get brain bleeding from a car accident just by accelerate-decelerate motion of the head is possible if the person is on anticoagulant (blood thinner) and have a brain that is less then healthy, such as in cerebral atrophy.  Usual sypmtoms are stiff neck and severe headaches, and confusion.  I mean severe!  There maybe bleeding from the ear.  But ringing and red eye not so clearly related.

Local nerve damage: Tinnitus is ringing in the ears caused by damage to the hearing nerve. It can come from a one-time event (rock concert) or multiple events over time. It is typically heard at the frequency of the damage. It is essentially the brain thinking it heard a sound at that frequency when there is no sound. The brain hears it because of the damage and does not always resolve completely.
