TMJ Impaction: The condyle on your right side was impacted into the fossa The disc may have been damaged. Warm wet compresses, don't open your mouth wide, very small bites if not a liquid diet, and give it a few weeks to subside. Otherwise, see a local oral surgeon for an examination.

several months with left tonsil enlarged with purple-bruise like spot, swollen tissue behind palatopharyngeal arch with metallic taste, ear pain and swelling/ tenderness probably of lymph node on neck under ear. many specialists: none coincide?

: One enlarged tonsil without overt pathology isn't concerning.  But in view of your other somewhat nondiagnostic symptoms, I would recommend one more opinion from an otolaryngologist at a department of otololaryngology at a university hospital near you. I hope this would reassure you that you have no serious throat or ear pathology.

Cheeck: Dear your question is not clear, what is the reason of the swelling, if i assume that the reason being tooth problem you would need root canal treatment or extraction. Check with your dentist to guide you how to deal with the swelling and the ear pain.

See Your Dentist: It is likely that the tooth was not acute enough for your dentist to find it. Go see him again and it will probably turn out to be the cause. If there is no infection investigate the possibility of TMJ. Good luck.

Exam: Schedule an examination ASAP. This could be a nerve irritation or a prodrome ( starting symptoms) of a shingles outbreak. Never ignore facial pain or swelling.

See ENT doc: What you described suggest bacterial otitis extena and you should see an ENT doctor for proper care. You may take acetaminophen for pain, but the infection will require topical or systemic antibiotics.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

diagnosed w/ acute mastoiditis. no ear pain, swelling, redness , fever. horrible headache. 10 days on antibiotic . 1 week after finishing headache back?

Mastoiditis : Recommend you see an otolaryngologist (ENT) for detailed exam which will likely include hearing testing and ct of temporal bone if one has not been performed already.
