Maybe not: Clear fluid that doesn't itch or have an odor or color is frequently normal.  Vaginal mucus can be very watery at certain times in your menstrual cycle.  If there is an unusual amount of it, you should have it checked out.

Have it checked: If there is a cut and drainage involved, you need to have it checked out because left untreated it can lead to an infection.  Make sure you keep the cut bandaged and clean until you are seen by a physician.

Possible Perforation: It is possible that your child's drum perforated (has a small hole in it).  This often occurs with middle ear infections.  Important to bring your son back to see the doctor for a recheck. Your doctor can discuss with you if any additional treatment is necessary.

Ear infection: Ear infections sometimes will weep fluid from the infection across the ear drum and sometimes the fluid is caused by the ear drum rupturing. With proper medication this can be easily resolved.

Give a few days: It can take a few days for the fever to go on once treatment is started for the infection. Fever is not her enemy, it is just a symptom. The body will actually fight the infection better with her running a temperature. Make sure you give her lots of fluids, dress down so she doesn't overheat from that. If fever still present 3-4 days after start of meds, see doc again - it may be a resistant germ.

: The left ear may be infected. Please see your Pediatrician and a course of antibiotics can be prescribed as indicated. The right ear  findings are most likely due to fluid, or the result of repeated infections. Please follow up. Watch for signs of fever and pain.

If she has ear tubes this drainage will usually come through the tube.  Drainage will typically stop within a week, but she should receive a professional examination, including a hearing test.

This is bacterial, an evaluation and treatment is advised.Prior to antibiotics, hearing loss due to chronic middle ear disease was not uncommon and a significant complication called mastoiditis requires surgical drainage.
