i am 52 years old male person my both ear drums are perforated almost ten years ago and doctor advised me to undergo surgery,occasionally it oozes (pus or water). my hearing capacity has dwindled,now can i use over the ear headphones with low volume?

: Best would be to obtain a referral to an ENT physician to determine possible treatment to see if ear drums might be repaired. It is unlikely for more damage to be incurred using headphones.

i have euchastian tube dysfunction. ive had fluid stuck behind both of my ear drums for a yearconstant aching, popping, cracklingbeen to urgent care and ent said no infection but no help in how to drain my earsany advice? :?

: You could have tubes put in your ear drums that would allow any fluid to drain but risk easier germ entry into the middle ear. It would be best to discuss it with an ENT that knows you well. Fixing allergies or other issues could end the fluid buildup.

what can you do to pop black heads in ears?

Don't try to pop : Anything in your ears. An esthetician  or a dermatologist can use a comdone extractor (small metal loop) to remove black heads. This can be most easily done after skin is softened.

Headaches: Headaches blacking out very worrisome constellation of symptoms should seek emergency attention.

ENT doc: If you see dozens of insects, you may have insects in your ear. May be earmites

Not likely: This was either old dried blood or old hard ear wax. I would be careful using a qtip to clean ears.

i took out my half inch gauges an hour ago and my ear was really bloody and now the skin is turning black what do i so i skipped a size which was 7/16 i went 00 to 1/2

It's : It's hard to know what happened to your ear without seeing it. It is certainly concerning if your skin itself is turning black so i would suggest getting your ear checked out urgently to make sure everything is okay.

Balance organ: the inner ear is also responsible for balance. Can cause vertigo. Not usually black outs. See your MD ASAP.

Ear canal trauma: Old blood in the ear canal will form a dark scab.  When this scab is detached prematurely, the original scratch underneath is likely to bleed again.  It is impossible to determine the cause of the original trauma without an examination.
