my right ear is blocked  and keeps popping. my neck is stiff too?

How long?: If it has been a few days, you may have an ear infection. The neck pain on that side can be from swollen lymph nodes. But all of this  can also be secondary to TMJ pain in your jaw if you clench or grind your teeth. Let your doctor look at your ear and see what is going on.

so for the past 6 months i have been blowing mucus out of my nose, my head felt tingly on the inside. body feels weak, i have a an pressure to the right side of my head, near to my ears. my ears has been popping, blocked.  antibiotics nothing works?

Sinus infections: and allergic rhinitis will cause constant labyrinthitis and resultant dizziness with head congestion.  Your ears likely are being assaulted by different mechanisms.   Please see a healthcare provider for possible CT sinus to rule out sinus infections and mastoiditis, which is a complication of poorly treated chronic sinusitis or otitis. You need an exam: To figure this out.Could be anything from wax to a ruptured eardrum with infection.Go get checked, if persists.

using nasonex (mometasone) for etd, is it normal for ears to sound like bubbling, keep popping and feel more blocked?

Yes: Etd can lead to an accumulation of fluid behind the eardrums, called serous otitis media. As some air gets through the blocked eustachian tubes, your ears may sound like they are popping, bubbling etc.  If the medicine is not working, your middle ear will fill up with more fluid and your ears will sound more blocked. Sometimes this fluid needs to be drained in a quick procedure at the office.

Popping: If no ear canal problems. A common cause for popping in the ears is TMJ problems. Some people will get a pop even thought no significant TMJ problems.

Cerumen impaction: This is likely secondary to cerumen (wax) impaction. Of course other possibilities such as infection need to be ruled out as well. You should see your PCPS for disimpaction.

I'm a little unclear: Has she been in bed for two days because she is sick? With other upper respiratory symptoms? The most common cause of "ear blockage" is called eustachian tube dysfunction..unequal pressure inside the inner ear. If part of a URI, it should resolve as that does. Antihistamines, intranasal steroid sprays or nasal decongestants may help. You can watch a few days or see Doc if more symptoms/worsening.

Possibe fluid in ear: You should have your ear checked by your primary care physician.  You may need further test or medication.
