the next morning its bruised with symptoms, headache, jaw paint in the left and ear ache.

Temperature: You may have a tick or insect borne illness, including encephalitis. Take a photo of the area, remove any ticks or stingers using forceps. Please see your physician, drink fluids and rest.

Earache 2nd opinion: If it is not infected you can still use a/b otic drops for pain and Meclizine for dizziness.  You should get a second opinion from a physician if it is affecting your quality of life.

i had a virus, the virus is gone now i have slight ear ache, dizziness, balance problem.does it sound ear related or possibly ms? sleep makes it worse

Bet on the virus: Vertigo after a viral upper respiratory infection are fairly common.  You can get some inflammation in the vesicular system in your inner ear (part of your ear helping control balance).  It goes away after a few days and is nothing to worry about.  MS can cause vertigo, but common things be common, bet on the viral infection.  If you develop different/new neurology symptoms go see a doc then.

Unlikely: Ear wax can cause hearing loss and ear discomfort but not the other symptoms. Try cleaning drum with peroxide diluted 1:1 with lukewarm water a couple times daily.  Just make sure to, get all the solution out.  For other symptoms consult ent.

i have a horriable headache sore everywhere esp my neck and jaw horse cough ear ache dizzy tired stomach pain haven't took lexapro (escitalopram) in 3 days?

Stress: It is a possibility that you have myofacial pain syndrome due to due to the excessive stress. Lexapro (escitalopram) is a great medication to mange the stress. Watch your weight and do some physical activity.
Rec.: 
see an orofacial pain specialist for evaluation and possible muscle relaxant rx. 
See your psychiatrist for antidepressant medication management.

i to dr and they said my symptoms is covid. did not check anything. my results negative. i have ear pain, throat sore, ear ache, dizziness, body aches all over, night sweats, dead tired. no cough. was in congo last week. can it be malaria?

: There are many things that can cause your symptoms besides Covid. So, if your Covid test is negative, you need to return to your doctor and get more tests done, including a test for malaria, especially if you are having fevers. Your doctor needs to diagnose the problem before it can be treated. So, see your doctor again with your negative Covid test! Best of luck and feel better soon!!

discovered small lump near/in front of right ear. it's painful and swollen. causing headaches, eye/ear ache, and dizziness. what could it be?

Lymph node: You may have a small swollen lymph gland...minor infection.  If it becomes hard and immobile then, I'd have it checked out.  You may just try placing something cold on it to see if the swelling would go down.  You may feel better.  You may also end up with a sore throat or some other pharyngeal type of infection.

i been having burning sensations on top of my head /scalp followed by ear aches and dizziness or vertigo feeling  also stuffed nose what can it be ? i been dealing with this problem on and off and all they tell me it's stress but i'm thinking it's somethi

See ENT: I think you need to see an ENT and suspect that your problem may be from a sinus infection.  If the nose has been stuffy for more than 6 months, consider seeing an allergist as well.

Doctor can examine: Throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep). The doctor can look into the ears too, to see if there is an ear infection.
