gynecomastia: There are medications that can cause gynecomasia, as well as excessive use of cannabis. Teen age boys often have some, and sometimes it does not regress with adulthood.  Excessive estrogen is a very rare cause.  Gynecomastia needs to be distinguished from obesity.  Supplements are not your answer. See your doctor.

No: Not by itself.  E coli enter your bloodstream every time you pass stool.  There needs to be some other reason for you to have infections at these other places.

Epididymitis: You need to see a urologist and have this condition assessed thoroughly.  As already indicted, the e. Coli may or may not be of significance and you must place its isolation from the urine in the proper clinical context.  Go and see someone soon. U have: Been seen by a doctor, as you had tests done and given appropriate treatment.
I have 2 advice for you: be patient and follow doctors order and drink, drink a lot, use cranberry in form of juice or pills.
If things do not resolve in 7-10 days go see a urologist who will have to figure out why do you have the infection and why does not clear up.

Painful: If your right testicle is swollen and painful or discolored, go the er immediately.  You may have a torsion (twisted) of the testicle.  Early treatment can save it. If there is no pain or discoloration, have your doctor look at it, it's probably a varicocele.

It depends: For illness caused by e. Coli o157:h7, no current treatments can cure the infection, relieve symptoms or prevent complications. For most people, the best option is to rest and drink plenty of fluids to help with dehydration and fatigue. Avoid taking an anti-diarrheal medication — this slows your digestive system down, preventing your body from getting rid of the toxins.

It depends...: ...information you don't provide. E coli rarely causes vaginal infection and usually doesn't need any antibiotic. However, E coli in the vagina can predispose to urinary tract infections. Many or most E coli strains are resistant to amoxicillin; best antibiotic for UTI varies from case to case. Do not treat yourself with leftover or self-purchased amox or other antibiotic. Discuss w/ your doctor.

Varicocele treatment: In almost every case these fluid filled cysts resolve themselves and the most common recommendation is to take some aleve (naproxen) or advil and to wait.  

In very rare cases there is a surgery to cut out or drain the painful cysts, but this leads often times to more scarring and more potential pain.

Why the need.: Bringing testicle down at your age won't affect fertility or slight chance of maligancy.  U would know early on if it enlarges or develops a lump so it could be removed before any chance of spread. Testicle may not come down easily with surgery at your age, unless it is already fairly low. ?Cosmetic reason. Cheapest surgery under spinal in surgicenter.Call & shop around, or cheapest is don't do it.
