Most such issues when found do have training alternatives that focus on modalities of learning where you have strength. Get evaluated first, if this is impairing your quality of life. At that point plans can be made.

No medication or colored lenses or other such crap will change this. If a patient has an additional problem such as add, medication may help s/he lead to deal with the learning issues better.
