If there are multiple bands or the bands are in a place where other structures could be injured by the Xiaflex (collagenase clostridium histolyticum) then surgery is the best treatment.

Exudate is a fluid composed of serum, fibrin, and white blood cells that escapes from blood vessels into the surrounding tissue as the result of inflammation. It can occur anywhere in the body but most commonly on the skin.
