See your doctor: You could try Ibuprofen or naprosyn (naproxen) for the cramping, and these could help the cramping and perhaps the bloating.  If these do not work, you would need to see your doctor for more treatment choices.

Get checked?: What symptoms of a UTI are you having?  If you are noting blood in urine, pain with urination, or fever this is likely a urinary tract infection.  I would see a physician for a urine test for a definitive answer.

Likely adenomyosis: Pockets of normal endometrial cells can become embedded in the muscle  wall of the uterus causing swelling of uterus, pain and heavier bleeding.

This a variation of endometriosis,  formerly called internal endometriosis.

Many women have some variation of mucus discharge, of periods, or a missed period on occasion. Some women feel normal after a few days but others have bothersome symptoms and follow-up with a doctor. Hormone fluctuations can lead to some inflammation (with cramping) as the uterine lining is shed.

Back pain: Anti-inflammatories, Ibuprofen or naproxen, usually work well for menstrual cramps and back pain.  Combine this with hot tea to help you relax.  A heating pad to the back can help as well.
