PET uptake can be up: Pet uptake can go up with any kind of inflammation also. So it is not necessarily due to cancer getting worse or spreading. I think it is likely due to  the stent.

CAD post-MI diet: Yes.  Take the attitude that regardless of my dietary habits in the past, a heart attack occurred and your diet shd be improved to reduce saturated fat intake and optimize improved fat and sugar content.  Choosing lean protein ounces rich in omega-3 fish oils  (particularly fish), ith more fruits and vegetables.  Olive oil will be helpful to cook with.

It all depends on: the extent, severity, and anatomic location of the coronary artery disease.

Perhaps both: If you need a stent, your cardiologist will advise this.  However, for best results you'll also want to review your diet and make sure it's the healthiest it can be.  Plenty of fruits and vegetables, healthy fats, lean proteins, complex carbs.  Watch the salt and sugar.  Your doctor may also want you on some blood pressure medicine, and will want you to be exercising in whatever way you can.

Surgical pain: May talk to the cardio-thoracic surgeon. Healthy diets like Mediterranean or simply low carb, high fiber, high vegetable, lean meat or fish, low salt, low sweets, less fried or processed food

Suggestions 4 ulcer: Once you've ruled out &/or treated h.Pylori and avoided nsaid's, combine acid suppression medication with the following: minimize meal size as well as intake of alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, fatty/fried foods, fizzy drinks. Advice changes, of course, if ulcers are due to crohn's, cancer, "stress-related" (systemic disease), caustic ingestion, etc. Check with diagnosing doctor who knows you best.

duodenal bile reflux & gastropathy on egd. gi md is not sure what to do next.tried/failed all meds,bland diet, no nsaids.can reflux surgery help this?

Botox: is a last resort and must be performed by a skilled GI expert.. You did not specify what medications you were taking, nor did you mention blood or breath testing for H. pylori bacteria, a causative bacteria in peptic ulcer and gastritis.
