History not helpful: Your symptoms are too diffuse in time and place to be pathognomonic of any single disease. A hundred different scenarios could match your symptoms. See your doctor personally for exam.

A muscle pull: Do you exercise ? Construction? Any other active activities that involve  bending or lifting? See your doc and get an evaluation. As you could need meds and or physical therapy

Spine Injury: This back pain you suggested is the result of an irritated nerve or facet joints or other injury typically in the lumbar spine (low back) which are caused by herniated disks, spinal stenosis or degenerative disc disease,  etc requiring further evaluation by a spine specialist.  Especially since you had trauma it might be best to make sure nothing broke.

Many possibilities: Among these are kidney stones, intervertebral disk disease, intraabdominal inflammation (like retroperitoneal appendicitis, rupture of cysts, etc.)  you need to see a doctor and get this taken care of before it becomes more severe.  Go see somebody soon and good luck.

Not sciatica : Is there tenderness near the protruding bones at your hips? Is it worse when you lay on your side ?

Hard to say: Kidney stone are usually very painful. Stones, gallstones and kidneys infections can all cause this kind of pain. See your doctor and get checked out.

Occipital neuralgia : Pain in lower back of head can be due to irritation of occipital nerves. Usually self limiting, can involve pain in neck, increased by movement and in night.

The mri: The MRI will determine how it can be removed and if there is something else causing it. You may need other tests done.

See a doctor: Whatever you have is systemic, i.e., affecting multiple organ systems. It could be an infection or an autoimmune disease e.g. lupus or Graves disease. It is extremely unwise of you to be posting here rather than seeking diagnosis and treatment ASAP. What you have may be something that causes permanent damage if untreated. No way to know without seeing a live doctor in a real office. Don't delay.
