See a doctor: Whatever you have is systemic, i.e., affecting multiple organ systems. It could be an infection or an autoimmune disease e.g. lupus or Graves disease. It is extremely unwise of you to be posting here rather than seeking diagnosis and treatment ASAP. What you have may be something that causes permanent damage if untreated. No way to know without seeing a live doctor in a real office. Don't delay.
