im having right side rib cage pain is it my liver or no? when i touch a certain bone in that area it hurts so its more likely muscle pain you think?

Not liver: Liver disease is almost never painful. Far more likely would be muscle strain or costochondritis (sore joint wher rib meets cartilage.)

have a very slight almost muscle pain/tightness feeling below my left pec on my rib cage only when i breathe in deeply or yawn. its quite mild but still figured id ask. any ideas as to what this could be. im a 34 year old male, fairly healthy. ty?

: It could be a mild strain or inflammation of the muscle. Any tenderness? Another possibility is some pinching of an intercostal nerve or muscle that runs between 2 ribs. It does.not appear to be a lung or breast  tissue issue as I assume the nipple&amp;breast are not tender. I assume this will resolve in a short time. See your MD as needed.

my 14 year old daughter have a bothering pain on the left side of her abdomen like under the rib cage, she says is not too painful but when she take deep breaths or yawn she feel it more. she says it feels like gas or muscle pain. what can it be?

: Gas or muscle pain or something else. The location is where the large intestine drops down after crossing under the breathing muscle. It is a common place for gut gas to accumulate in some. Having the kid lay down with pelvis/feet above the head can get the gas to move lower &amp; out if that is the case. Vague symptoms often have more than one possible source.

Could be: It is good that you are exercising. You may take a bit easier with exercise till this heals and then gradually increase the intensity of exercise.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Strain: Sounds like the latissimus dorsi is strain.  Should get better in 7-10 days.  Rest, ice, and antiinflammatories.

Could be: Chest wall problem like slipped rib, could be a problem with your gall bladder, pancreas, liver, stomach or intestine. See your doctor if the pain persists.

It may in the sense: That a turned rib cage is a sign of the spine's twisting or rotation which is what a scoliosis deformity is all about.  Muscle imbalances such as those related to certain syndromes or conditions or even related to paralysis can be associated with a scoliosis as well.

Probably not: Concerning chest pain is exertional pattern short lived random pain at rest is usually a rib muscle spasm chest everytime you walk up hill is concerning.
