Many issues: To evaluate your heart murmur, you should have an echocardiogram. Stinging pain in your chest does not mean it's coming from your heart and, if fact, stinging is not characteristic of heart pain. Pain on the left side of your head is a separate issue. There is so much going on, you need to see a primary care (family) doctor for full evaluation.

Ribs, lung: It sounds as if you have had detailed cardiac testing and all normal.  Sharp chest pain can be from rib or muscle in chest wall, an irritated surface nerve or from the lung or lining of the lung (the pleura). You can get chest pain from the esophagus, but less likely to be sharp and more likely in the center.

Seek help: Left sided chest pain with hand pain can be a myocardial infarction (heart attack) even at the age of 27, especially if you have a family history of heart issues, use recreational drugs or have other major medical problems like diabetes. While there are more benign causes, this combination of left sided chest pain and hand pain together is a heart attack until proven otherwise. Go see a doctor!

Probably chest wall.: Pain is either related to esophagus, lining of lung or most likely to chest wall.  Should be easy to sort out with a good exam and history.  Should probably consider a trial of medications to relieve your pain.

Depends: On why you have the murmur. In simple terms a murmur is some type of abnormal flow across a heart valve. It's either too tight a hole or too loose a hole. An echocardiogram can help measure the problem . Many murmurs are called innocent. That is there is an abnormal sound, but the appearance of the valves on echocardiogram are normal.

Chest pain ...: Chest pain can be confusing.  We want to be sure the heart is not the source of the pain since it is potentially a lethal problem.  However, there are many other causes of chest pain.  You could have a strained muscle, a broken rib,  an inflamed bursa, a pulmonary infection, or even a problem in your abdomen causing the pain.  I suggest a trip to your family doc as a good starting place.

Probably not cardiac: What you are describing is more likely chest wall (musculoskeletal) discomfort than a cardiac cause.  This, of course, requires a real evaluation if the symptoms do not improve with conservative therapies, like rest, local heat, mild analgesics, and avoiding any exacerbating activity.  If not improved, contact your physician.  Btw, be careful to call your symptoms chest "discomfort", not "heart"!
