Virus?: It sounds like a virus.  Are you throwing up due to the coughing or do you have nausea and vomiting?   17 days is a long time to be sick.   You need to hydrate extra well, get rest, and see your doctor if the symptoms are significant at this point.  I wish you the best.

Viral: Nausea, vomiting, headaches, and fatigue are common symptoms of viral illnesses. If your period isn't due for a week, pregnancy would be an unlikely cause of these symptoms this early. See your PCP or an urgent care clinic if these symptoms persist. Hope you feel better fast.

Sounds like low BP: Those symptoms are often associated with a low blood pressure.  It's easy to check...Take your BP sitting and standing.  If the BP decreases to below a systolic (upper number) of approximately 90 with standing, it's consistent with postural hypotension (low BP upon standing).  Usually, it will correct with drinking more fluids.  Gatorade has salt in it and will raise the bp.

i have vertigo and anxiety and panic attacks just started taking steraline 50mg, everytime i yawn i feel like throwing up and being sick, bad headaches, when i swallow it is dry, and i'm feeling really really spaced is this normal with sertraline?
