Lack of sleep: Mostly It is from lack of sleep or alcohol headache. If it persists. , go to nearest ER.if overweight check for sleep apnea and high blood pressure

Exertional headache: Sometimes a headache after physical exertion or orgasm is caused by a subarachnoid hemorrhage.  Normally this kind of headache is very severe and does not improve with time.  A subarachnoid hemorrhage is an emergency!

Such a condition is rare however.  Most exertional headaches are situational and they improve with rest.  How long has the headache bothered you?  It sounds like its exertional.

Pain: you may have an abrasion or irritation of the scalp. You could also have a minor infection like a cellulitis. If it persists let a doctor have a look at it

Head ache: Any thoughts would be a guess without you getting an examination. Having a normal exam within the week though would go against high BP causing a head ache, and assuming you made no new dramatic changes to your diet, etc, than it could be a simple head cold, sinus congestion, or migraine variant. Try an otc pain reliever (ibu or tylenol (acetaminophen) if not allergic to) , ...If persisits, see a dr. Again.

concern is persistant dull aching pain on the right side of my head. on going about 2 years. persistant tiredness, headaches.

Referred pain: This may be an example of referred pain. Pain from your cervical spine is often referred to the top of your head or to the temples. Use some heat on it . See a doctor is it bothers you and doesn't go away within the week.

random ache on right side of head, couple inches above ear. inside ear feels a tad stuffy , slight ache too. ( have sinus infection ) what's the ache?

Headache: Probably secondary to the sinus infection which causes inflammation and perhaps a blocked sinus. It should clear up after the infection has resolved.  See you primary care if it doesn't resolve in a week or two, or gets worse, or you have persistent fevers. Hope this helps!

Right side head pain: One sided head pain behind one's eye could be migraine. But you should see a physician and get a medical diagnosis as it could be a medical condition that requires treatment or further diagnostic evaluation. If it is migraine, stress management therapy, biofeedback and/or medication are treatment possibilities.
