Elbow pain: Difficult to answer here. We need to know is the pain on the inside or the outside of the elbow or is it in the back. Is the pain during activities or when still. Is the area tender or swollen? How long of the symptoms been going on and was there any inciting event? Obviously this could represent tennis elbow or golf elbow or olecranon bursitis.

HCMP doesn't cause: hypertrophic  cardiomyopathy itself doesn't cause chest pain unless you have any coronary artery disease.

on/off left arm pain over elbow are and upper area months. neck sore, thumb pointer finger sometimes numb especially at night. cervical fusion c6/7 one year prior for right arm numbness. heart risk factor low hdl and ectopic beats. heart or nerve?

: Does not sound cardiac to me, and more likely you have a left carpal tunnel syndrome or a left C6 nerve involvement.  Followup cervical MRI and a left arm EMG will localize and substantiate severity and provide guide for further intervention.  Talk to your doctor about your heart concerns, unlikely but just to be safe.

Need more info: This complaint could have an orthopedic cause i.e. tendon or muscle problem or more seriously a cardiac cause. I would strongly suggest that you see your family physician at your first opportunity.

POTS: Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome is a condition in which the heart abnormally has an exaggerated increase in heart rate in change in position from lying down to standing up. This can result in varied symptoms including palpitations, dizziness, fainting (less brain flow), chest pain, numbness/tingling. You should see your cardiologist for continued management.

is left arm pain on the under side normal after taking adderall? this has happened a few times. its an off and on ache and i feel nauseas and lightheaded and anxious. i took it at 11am and have been having the pain the last hour its 7:46pm?

: There can be many causes most commonly a neck sprain. Try some ibuprofen (on a full stomach) and local heat for a few days. If not better you will have to see a doc for exam and diagnosis

hello recently i have been experiencing left chest pain when i'm breathing in after eating usually and when i'm laying down sometimes a bit of left arm pain but it just feels a bit sore could be from on it when i move my chest to the left it hurts?

: Your symptoms are more characteristic of a musculoskeletal cause in the rib cage or pinched intercostal nerve that runs between 2 ribs. Other causes such as heart,lung or esophageal causes are quite unlikely. Could you have strained or injured your rib cage recently? Any tender spots? If symptoms don't resolve see your physician for evaluation and any appropriate testing.
