See below: There are lot of possibilities like a urinary tract infection or kidney infection, kidney stone, muscle sprain, strain or spasms, pelvic disease like endometriosis or pelvic inflammatory disease, spondylosis, disk injury or spinal fracture, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.  See you doctor soon.

i have dull lower back ache (between my spine and left hip, at the height of the belt). this occurred after exercise. i can feel it more with some movements and especially when sneezing. what should i do?

Get yourself checked: Often times back pain can be relieved by correct physical therapy, strengthening the underdeveloped musculature that supports the spine. But not infrequently there can be an underlying physical weakness that can predispose you to having damage to the column and the spinal cord. So why not get checked properly.

l  lower back pain and l hip bone pain, hurting for 2 months..constant dull aching pain sometimes felt in front of thigh and shin. what could it be?

Hip pain: hip pain and lower back pain that shoots down the leg and shin is typical sciatica a pinched nerve in the gluteal muscle region.    Could be a slipped disc in your lower back at lower level. Should see a spine orthopedic physician or your primary care doc and have checked out.

Needs to be seen: Most likely not appendicitis, but cannot rule it out unless there is a current workup.  Enlarged ovary should not cause fever (normally).  Have this worked up, but please let the er doc know what previous workup has been done.  And go to the same hospital where the enlarged ovary was diagnosed so they can refer to any labs/studies done.

Possible: It's possible, althouth most fibroids do not cause any symptoms. If they are large, they can press up against other organs or muscles in the pelvis, causing discomfort.

for months now i have lower back cramps dull ache seems to radiate to my pelvis a little. i have had two trans vag us, a spinal mri, pelvic exam, been checked for uti. last year had a pap it was normal. what could this be? so worried i have cancer?

: I am a bit surprised at the number and kinds of tests you have had. You need a good physical exam specially of your back and then depending on the findings maybe some physiotherapy. back pain at your age is not a sign of cancer sp. after so many neg tests In the meantime use a heating pad to your back. I am sure after finding a good MD who is not 'test' oriented you will be fine

i am on the depo-provera shot but my breast are sore to were , wearing a bra is uncomfortable . my lower back and hips sometimes have sharp pains in them?

Hard to answer: Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) is a very strong and effective type of hormone for birth control that has several side effects. Breast tenderness, nausea, headaches, loss of sex drive and several other general side effects are associated. There may be some bone loss changes with prolonged use, however, the sharp pains being described are probably not Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) related.

Low back pain: This is a complex issues that needs to be evaluated by a neurologist or orthopedic surgeon. You may need to have an xray to determine if you have nerve compression.
