Pain could be: coming from your fibroids, ovarian cyst, appendicitis, ileitis, kidney stone or infection, pelvic infection, or hernia.  Best to have a doctor check it out.

May have UTI: You probably have a urinary tract infection. Go to see your doctor or go to urgent care and get yourself checked and treated. You may need an antibiotic for the infection. Also you will need to have your groin/right testicle checked just to make sure there is nothing worrisome like testicular mass etc.

Groin pain: Groin pain may be due to a number of causes.
If you have an infection in the genital region your lymph nodes may get swollen to contain the infection.
If you strain your groin ligaments you can get discomforts as well.
Female - vaginal congestion prior to a period can also give groin ache.

Muscle spasm?: It could be a muscle spasm
Which  would be the most likelyIt can also represent hernia. This would be typically associated with a bulge in the area that is larger with standing and coughing. If severe, or unrelenting, see your primary are doctor for a proper evaluation. Hope this helps!

Needs to be examined: Because it is not normal to have frequent urination plus lower back pain, a guy with such symptoms one would need an evaluation by his doctor, and get a good exam and some urine tests done. Urinary tract infection is possible, but there are also other less common reasons for such symptoms. One's primary care doctor can evaluate the whole patient, to address the other symptoms too.

Get scanned: Did you have any trauma?  If yes, this could be due to nerve injury.  If not you should be seen by your doctor and referred to ultrasound, ct or MRI to determine the cause.  If the pain is on the right side it could be subacute appendecitis.  An old fashioned test is to lay down flat then try to kiss you knee.  If you can it is probably not your appendix.

?Hernia ?Back Disc: Sometimes small hernias in the groin will push on nerves very early, before you can feel a lump, and cause the kind of pain that you're describing.  Another possibility is a herniated disc in your back, pressing on the nerves to go to these areas.
