Virtual consult/HT: A virtual consult with HT is available. It is probably a contact dermatitis from your description. Avoid harsh soaps and detergents. Apply low dose over the counter steroidal cream to the most affected areas twice daily. Consult with a physician and watch for worening, itching, respiratory difficulty.

See a doctor: It sounds like you may be describing tinea versicola which is fungal based as well as a fungal based problem on your genitals.  Your doctor will most likely give you the accurate diagnosis after seeing you as well as explain how to treat it.  Prescriptions and over the counter products work together.

i've got rose dry skin patches on face, small eczema patch in the middle of chest and small dry skin patch on foreskin. i started to develop these skin conditions just after i've got covid in 2021. but now it is starting to spread on my face.?

Eczema or a contact : Rash. I would recommend moisturizers such as aquaphor and if that doesn’t work, try a 1% hydrocortisone cream 3 times per day for up to a week. If no change please see your doctor again or a dermatologist.

i found a smaller then a penny sized pinkish dry skin patch on the side of my breast a couple of weeks ago should i be concerned? is this normal?

Breast lesion: If the patch is dry and itchy it is most likely a small patch of eczema.  Try some over the counter 1% hydrocortisone cream 2-3x/day and see if it helps. If it does not help, you might want to consult a dermatologist.
