i found a smaller then a penny sized pinkish dry skin patch on the side of my breast a couple of weeks ago should i be concerned? is this normal?

Breast lesion: If the patch is dry and itchy it is most likely a small patch of eczema.  Try some over the counter 1% hydrocortisone cream 2-3x/day and see if it helps. If it does not help, you might want to consult a dermatologist.

Such might be eczema: Rashes are hard to visualize, so an exam is needed, either in-person or on video. If it is mild eczema, many people use hydrocortisone cream twice a day for 5-10 days as it is inexpensive, found at most stores, and works well. A daily moisturizing cream (Cetaphil, CeraVe, Eucerin, etc...) used 2-4 times a day helps resolve eczema and to prevent return of dry patches. A doctor can help.

Fungal?: Try lotrimin (clotrimazole) cream for 4 weeks every day, the bra and heat can cause itchy areas of skin that can be a fungal infection. Not cancer at ur age.

Yes: Yes you may have acanthosis nigricans which can be associated with many endocrine disorders including hypothyroidism. See your doctor to find out.

Normal: I suggest you try lanolin or vitamin E cream.
This is common in the winter season. If it does not improve see your doctor.
