what should i do about my face? i have redness all over, and dry skin on my cheeks, around my nose, and my forehead.i've tried to moisterize my face about every half hour. if i put anykind of lotion on it, it just keeps burning.

Perhaps : Perhaps you have seborrheic dermatitis?  This is a common condition this time of year and if typically found on the scalp or face.  On the face, it is seen as red, scaly areas on the forehead, between the eyebrows (or on the middle part of the eyebrows), and beside the nose.  Typical treatment would be Ketoconazole Cream and/or desonide cream which can prescribed by a dermatologist.  Otc options might include Cortaid (hydrocortisone) which can help some patients. Skin care products: Try to use skin care products for combination skin types or for normal skin. When selecting moisturizers, stay away from products that contain mineral oil, petrolatum, and even shea. These ingredients are comedogenic (plug your pores) and may encourage blackhead formation. I recommend the skin clear wash and the apple phloretin hydrator from cosmo grade professional skincare.

Poss fungal infectio: Scaly palms and skin amy be a assoc fungal infection how are fingernails, extending into scalp may be seborrheic  or psoriasis, how are elbows and knees, going beneath eyelids and nose may be roseacea  ? Worse with spicy food or alcohol ? May need to see dermatologist.

This is what: molluscum looks like in a non-genital area, but it can look different in the vaginal area.  If you're not convinced that's what it is, I would recommend that you go to a dermatologist or your regular doctor for another opiinion.

If you're worried about the dry skin, they may be connected emotionally -- but otherwise they are separate problems entirely. "Dry skin" or rash of the head of the penis usually isn't serious, but it makes sense to see a physician to assure nothing important, perhaps treatment, and probable reassurance.
